All refunds will be issued via PayPal to the account from which payment was made. Please be sure to mention your email address under which you made the purchase, as this is how we will issue your refund. Refunds are only available to customer's who purchase products using the DIYMovieRooms.com website. If you purchased our product(s) through another site, we incur transaction fees that are not refundable and as a result cannot honor the refund. We apologize.
